A Scheme of Work is a week-by-week term plan for teachers — topics, pacing and objectives. A Lesson Note bundle is the fuller, ready-to-teach content plus exam questions for students. Many teachers get both: the scheme to plan the term, the lesson notes to teach from day to day.
